Use the same format for print and ebooks, and check this tab for information about DOIs and URLs
Do not include database name, format, platform, or device.

About DOIs and URLs:

If the ebook has no DOI or stable URL, end the citation after the publisher name just like a print book.
If the book includes a DOI, include the DOI in the reference after the publisher name.
If the ebook without a DOI has a stable URL that will resolve for readers, include the URL of the book in the reference.
The DOI of a book (found in newer books, published 2018 & forward) can be found on the copyright page of printed books.
