Student Laptop Requests

Eligibility

• Currently registered GHC students
• The library dean or chair may exempt portions of the policy to accommodate GHC students in extraordinary circumstances.

Loan Terms

• Laptops are available on a first come, first served basis for in-library use or a longer term loan not exceeding sixteen weeks.  
• Items will be due immediately upon student withdrawal from all classes.
• Laptops must be returned at the end of the loan. Renewals are at the discretion of library dean or chair, and must take place in person, pending no other requests or required maintenance.

Requesting Laptops

• Laptop requests will open on the first day of each semester.
• Completing this contract will also put you in the request queue for the next available laptop. We will fill requests in the order they are received. Notifications will be sent to your GHC email address.
