Online vs. On Campus Learning

What is the difference between online learning and on campus learning? Find out in this libguide along with tips and tricks to help you become the most successful online learner!

Online vs. On Campus Learning

In the academic world, online learning is basically a virtual classroom. You have the responsibility of checking your student or D2L email for any correspondence from your professors. You also have the responsibility of checking into D2L daily for any homework assignments, quizzes, or exams.

In the campus classroom, you have mostly the same responsibilities except you physically attend a classroom with other students and have your professor physically there to guide you.
