TROUBLESHOOTING
Rather than give out the Galileo password (which sometimes doesn't allow access to GHC-purchased resources) try this
On the Galileo homepage (galileo.usg.edu), look up GHC in the box; NOT the password box just below.
Then they can log in with their network credentials.
GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
1) Try a different browser
2) Try a private or incognito browser
3) Have them log out, close browser, and log in again
4) Have them do their search using the link to the Galileo home page on the library site (NOT galileo.usg.edu)
5) Have them access the database after logging into Galileo (#4) using the second Database search box
6) Give them the persistent link to the database (using the one on the Galileo website)
