Welcome!

Copyright and Creative Commons: Understanding Copyright Issues in the Classroom

Welcome!

I invite you to take part in this self-paced module on copyright in the classroom. It is broken down into four parts: Copyright Basics, Fair Use, the TEACH Act, and Creative Commons. Each part has a video to go along with the written content. Feel free to take as long as you need on each one. It's designed to help you understand the basics and empower you as you come up against copyright questions in your courses.

For assessment purposes, there is a brief pre-test and post-test, both confidence-based (so don't worry - you won't be asked for facts and figures). Please complete both tests, as that allows both me and our Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning to improve this content!

And as always, feel free to contact me with any questions! I'm here to help!
