INFORMATION LITERACY LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of information literacy instruction, students should be able to:

1. Demonstrate the ability to find the Galileo and GIL search boxes on the library home page.
2. Explain the difference between GIL and GALILEO functions.

This guide is an introduction to the library's two main areas of research - the GIL catalog and Galileo

STEP 1:

Watch the short video on the "A Library Quick Tour" tab. It will show you how to find the library home page and how to navigate to the different search areas.

STEP 2:

Look through the "What's That??" tab and learn about GIL and GALILEO.

Now you're ready to learn more about how to do research!
