eLearning professors have the option to use Testing Services for midterm and final exam administration. Faculty members determine exam format, allowable materials, and scoring for the exams. There are set date ranges for the exams as well as deadlines for student registration. Students should register for one test session per exam that they need to take.
Students taking online courses at GHC whose instructors are utilizing Testing Services to have midterms and/or finals proctored.
Testing is offered at Cartersville, Douglasville, Floyd, Marietta, and Paulding locations.
Test sessions will be offered at each GHC location within the testing date range defined for the applicable testing period. Testing sessions are not guaranteed to be offered at each location every day of the date range.
Students who cannot be at a GHC location for their tests are responsible for finding a proctoring institution near them. Please note that the proctoring institution will likely have a charge associated with their services and students are responsible for all fees associated with proctoring sites.
Approval of the selected proctoring institution is required. Students must have the proctoring institution submit the GHC Proctor Agreement Form directly to Testing Services.
