Template for your papers
Below, you will find an MLA template for your papers. You will be able to open the file, click on the various parts, and type your own information directly into the document. Then you will need to save it to your OneDrive (in your Office 365) when you have finished.
Remember to give credit where credit is due. Someone at some point in your life told you it is important to say thank you. This holds true even in academia and college writing. It is important to thank those researchers, students, and professors who worked hard to produce data that you can then use. Thank them by citing their work!
Purdue MLA Style Guide
MLA (Modern Language Association) style is most commonly used to write papers and cite sources within the liberal arts and humanities. This resource, updated to reflect the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers (7th ed.) and the MLA Style Manual and Guide to Scholarly Publishing (3rd ed.), offers examples for the general format of MLA research papers, in-text citations, endnotes/footnotes, and the Works Cited page.
