If you are using poems/links in a strictly educational environment, that is considered fair use as long as you attribute/credit the source. We have many schools and professors refer to and use our content for learning purposes. Check out our Learn section for additional materials that may be of use to you: https://www.poetryfoundation.org/learn
Please note, though, that if you are planning to print and distribute poems or content outside of the classroom, or if content is used/shared widely outside of your class, that will likely require additional permissions.
Thank you again for your interest in POETRY.

If that's the case, there is no problem with the Hypertext Poe but the O'Connor is coming out of our course syllabi and you will need to be careful. Those stories are still under copyright protection and your use is limited to those provided for non-profit educational uses. If you're planning to simply link to our resources, this should not be a problem for you but I'd ask you to use proper restraint in your use.
Also, if you cite the xroads site as your source, you'll shift that problem to us -- and in the process that should satisfy your web copyright compliance officer if you have one.
