PLEASE NOTE: The Norton anthologies contain Othello and Hamlet, so students may study these texts in their sophomore literature classes. Many students in Georgia read Romeo and Juliet as part of their high school curriculum, so teaching one of these three is likely to repeat, rather than expand, students’ experience with Shakespeare’s works.
