What to do if the link above doesn't work!
Sometimes, if you've been logged into D2L for a while, the "back end system" times out. Then when you click on a link to a library resource, your computer doesn't know what to do! Here are a couple of things you can try:
- Copy and paste the link in a different browser. You'll probably have to sign in with your network user name and password again.
- Open a private or incognito window. Then copy / paste the link. You'll have to log in again.
- Log out of everything school-related and close the browser. Open the browser again and log back in. The link should work!
