Relevance, Currency, Audience, Authority, Objectivity, Accuracy, Coverage
& for the Internet (Websites): The same as above plus technical requirements, ease of use, links, comparison to other sites, tildes (~). Also remember the URL endings which are, .com, .edu, .org, .gov, etc.
